The date, the venue, the location, the length of the performance, the production
package, and the size of the band are all factors in determining what performance fee we’ll
need. Solo performances start @ $600 and our 8 piece band, with an additional female lead
vocalist can go for $6,500 with customizable packages in between. A minimal security deposit
of 10% and a simple engagement agreement is all it takes to secure PFB for your special
event.

Everything but the stage and power. Any hospitality, food and beverage, is greatly
appreciated, but is not required. Our production crew and travel considerations are inclusive
in the performance fee.

Are you looking for BIG sound and lights? We can bring full production or reinforce
provided production with a sound and light show that competes with national touring acts.
If you’re considering us as a possibility to be your wedding band and thinking about live
musicians for your ceremony, such as a string quartet, we can help with that too. (Please visit

pricing info ) We can also morph into a strolling brass band if you’re thinking about having a
2nd line.

Absolutely! We’ll send you a sample set list of what’s in current rotation at any given
show and ask that you return it with the songs you DON’T want to hear scratched off and the
MUST-plays highlighted. If there’s something very special you want and don’t see it, just ask…
there’s a good chance we may already do it or we can add it.

If you have a specific playlist you want heard, we’ll pipe it through the sound system on
our break, otherwise, we’re always prepared with appropriate playlists ready to go. Also, if
there is a cocktail hour beforehand, we got you covered.

We always recommend having the band on some kind of riser because any separation
from the dance floor makes for a better party; however, if the venue doesn’t allow a stage or it’s
cost-prohibitive, it’s not a deal-breaker either. An average size is 20×16, but we suggest going
with a size that looks the best for the size of the room.

How do you want us to look? Without any instructions, we’ll show up in appropriate
attire for the event. If you’re special event has a theme, we love to costume up with you too!

4 separate 20 amp circuits near the stage OR a 60 amp power drop. For outdoor event
in which we are providing production one of those big and quiet generators near the stage will
be plenty enough juice.

Yes…and he’s pretty good at that too!
